Trump and Xi meet in Oval Office, AI cooperation hopes remain low

Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump met in the Oval Office at the White House today, a meeting that, according to the title, leaves hopes for AI cooperation slim. The two leaders held talks in the presidential office, with Trump welcoming Xi as the visiting head of state from communist China.

During the visit, President Trump gave Xi a personal tour of several of his favorite White House features.
