NI Secretary Calls Stormont Funding Offer Final

The Northern Ireland secretary has announced that the current proposal is the final offer for the £1.5 billion Stormont funding package.

This statement follows a period during which the executive has not yet set a budget for the current financial year, with six months having elapsed since it was expected to be established.
