Judge denies injunction, allowing SpaceX land swap of Texas wildlife refuge

A federal judge on Monday denied a request by environmental groups to block a land‑swap deal that would transfer more than 700 acres of a Texas wildlife refuge to SpaceX, the aerospace company owned by Elon Musk. U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. ruled that the plaintiffs had not demonstrated that the exchange would increase ecological risks in the Gulf Coast region, which has already been altered by SpaceX’s rocket activities.
