Colorado Rep. Jason Crow Introduces Bill to Improve Battlefield Trauma Care

Rep. Jason Crow (D‑Colo.), a former Army Ranger who serves on the House Armed Services Committee, is set to introduce a bill on Friday aimed at strengthening battlefield trauma care research for service members and veterans. The legislation seeks to help the U.S. Military develop new approaches to battlefield trauma care by drawing lessons from overseas conflicts.

Crow’s proposal will focus on collaborative efforts that leverage international experiences to improve medical responses for wounded soldiers. By learning from conflict zones abroad, the bill intends to enhance the effectiveness of care provided to those injured in combat.
