Ancient Burial Sites May Explain Göbeklitepe Bone Mystery

Archaeologists have uncovered hundreds of human bones at Göbeklitepe, an archaeological site in southeastern Türkiye, since excavations began in 1995. These ancient remains, which are approximately 10,000 years old, date to a period when humans were transitioning into permanent farming communities.
